Yellow

Yellow

This cheerful and uplifting colour reminds me of the first primroses that appear, clinging on to the hillsides in spring. We also have beautiful little wildflowers that bloom in the machair, growing in the shell sand of our beaches. Hardy plants that survive in this location are celebrated. The yellows in the tweeds range from an orange yellow to a lovely creamy yellow, and are sometimes paired with shades of grey or pinks.
